Our organization is dedicated to advancing and empowering the lives of people with disabilities, providing them with the tools and opportunities to realize their full potential.
The programs and projects we lead are based on the needs and aspirations of individuals with disabilities – not the type of disability. We put into practice the shift from the medical model to the social model of disability, guided by the belief that a person comes before any definition, and has the right to make choices about their own life - freely and independently.
Alumot Or leads educational, social, and cultural initiatives aimed at helping students develop autonomy, face challenges with confidence, and prepare for a full and meaningful adult life.
Our work spans from creating inclusive learning environments to launching community-based initiatives that promote tolerance and acceptance.

Alumot Or operates in full partnership, with transparency and on the basis of a shared thinking process with the Ministry of Education, school teams, students’ families and the community.
