About the lecturer:

Hillel Hillman, a development consultant at Alumot Or, has been providing his professional services to the organization since its establishment. He is a groundbreaking educator with decades of rich experience in education and management. Among other roles that he has filled during his career, he was the legendary director of the Kadoorie youth village, headed the education department at Gilboa regional council, and was the national coordinator of educational activities at HaNoar HaOved VeHaLomed youth movement.

Hillel is one of the professionals behind the establishment of the first Benjamin Rothman school, which uniquely responds to the needs of children with low-functioning autism. He also continues providing professional support to the educational teams at all Benjamin Rothman schools nationwide. In his lecture, Hillel shares fascinating moments from his own life journey, from a challenging childhood to becoming a leading, senior educator.
