Coming soon: Immersive lab – the autism experience
An Interactive Space to Explore the Autistic Experience at the Noya Dan (Z"l) Center
As part of the establishment process of the Noya Dan Center, an innovative space aimed at better understanding the autism experience, a lesson plan will be developed specifically for the immersive lab program, in partnership with the Athena Foundation.
The Noya Dan Center commemorates Noya Dan, a student at Benjamin Rothman Eshel Hanassi school, who was murdered with her grandmother in the October 7th terror attack in Kibbutz Nir Oz.
The immersive lab is an interactive exploration space for developing life skills, implementing four advanced technologies at schools, within a dedicated building serving as an innovative classroom.
The lesson plan will be developed in order to expand the public's contact with autism and generate interest to visit the Noya Dan Center, once built. It will be accessible to all the schools partnering with Athena Foundation's immersive lab program.
