Learning community – the shared home program

A program for developing and promoting educational and pedagogic projects in all Benjamin Rothman schools. It was launched within the framework of Alumot Or's collaboration with the Administration of Rural Education, as well as within the frameworks of the regional support centers associated with Alumot Or's rural education activities. The aim of the program is to create a learning community through enrichment with meaningful professional and pedagogic content, customized supplemental education programs and team training. The program's implementation results in the creation of a community in which members can share, seek advice, and engage in long-term peer learning.
